Sunday's Foods
Sunday's food diary:2 slices of low carb French toast, 2 scrambled eggs. 2 cups coffee, One 3 net carb Atkins bar, 3 pcs pizza (topping only: mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese), 1 ribeye steak, ½ small baked onion, One 2 net carb Atkins bar - Carbs for the day approx 35
I have several blogs for your viewing pleasure! In Permanant Low Carber I try to stick to low-carb since I have several years of doing it behind me, and I've learned all kinds of tricks.
In PuppyBrains, I explain why dogs do some of the strange things they do, how to keep bad habits from forming, and how to break those habits using the language of Dog and occasionally Cat.
